Let’s Age well project aims to find ways of addressing the economic and social issues faced by Black and Minority Ethnic women aged 50 and above in an integrated way, the project currently offers a hybrid type of involvement where those affected by the pandemic are still able to participate in activities.
The project offers a holistic and tailored service with a sustained program of support which enables older women to feel more independent, empowered and equipped with life skills which will help them to have a better sustainable life.
As such, the different services provided are:
- ESOL classes
- Computer classes
- Advice, Advocacy and emotional support
- Seminars
- Cultural events
- Outdoor Heritage Trips
- Volunteering & Befriending
